Our Story
Half Brain Solutions was born out of a simple idea: to make business operations as smooth as possible.
Our CEO and Co-Founder, Lynalyn Lubrico (Mis Li), grew up in the Philippines and moved to Dubai in 2015. With a background in IT and Business Management, Mis Li launched her first business in 2013 and has since established multiple ventures using both traditional and digital approaches.
Recognizing the potential in the digital market to offer offshore highly skilled staff to companies, Mis Li founded Half Brain Solutions in December 2021. Her personal experience of living in different countries fuels her passion for supporting poverty reduction efforts in the Philippines, believing in running a business with a purpose beyond just making a profit.

Lynalyn “LyAnn” Lubrico
In 2013, Lyann launched her first business and went on to establish multiple ventures using both traditional and digital approaches while simultaneously gaining experience in corporate operations and business management services.
John Lloyd Ancheta
John advanced through various roles in systems engineering and software development, ultimately becoming a Technical Director. He led significant IT projects, most recently as Lead Software Engineer in UK and US based companies.
