Company Information

Half Brain Solutions is a legally registered company in the UAE under OmniOps IT Solutions and in the Philippines under OmniOps Digital Operations Management Services (herein known as “Company”), a sole proprietorship company headquartered at 7 23 North Olympus, Novaliches, Quezon City 1124, Philippines. The Company also registered and operates in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and Abilene, Texas, United States.

Scope of Services

The company provides digital operations management services, including but not limited to management consultancy, automation, systems development & technology integrations, process optimization, and workflow management for businesses. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or enhance our services at any time without prior notice.

Use of Services

By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You must use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services. You are prohibited from attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit our platform without authorization.

Intellectual Property

Rights: All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our website and services belong to the Company or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Payment and Fees

Certain services may require payment, and the fees will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice. Payments must be made as per the agreed terms. Failure to make payments may result in service suspension or termination. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the course of the engagement private and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

The company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We are not responsible for business losses, revenue losses, or data losses caused by service interruptions, technical issues, or unauthorized access. Errors or delays beyond our control, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or regulatory changes, shall not be considered our liability.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if the user violates any terms outlined in this agreement, fails to meet payment obligations, or engages in fraudulent or unlawful activities.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE and the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in Dubai, UAE & Quezon City, Philippines.

Amendments

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
